Friday 22nd January

Today is Friday 22nd January. Lots of things have happened since last Tuesday.

We had even more snow on Wednesday.

I had more chemo at Great Ormond street on Thursday 14th. It was also Daddy's 40th birthday that day. In the night I was quite poorly and so went to the hospital on Friday to go on the drip so that my body wasn't thirsty anymore. I have got some more medicines now to stop me feeling so sick.

Granny Penny came to stay on Saturday. She brought our christmas presents with her. She gave me some Charlie and Lola dvds and a funny big pink squishy ball that lights up and a flamingo puppet

On Monday Auntie Jess came over from France because she had some work to do in London. I felt well enough to go to nursery for an hour or so on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

BUT THE MOST EXCITING THING IN THE WHOLE WEEK HAPPENED ON THURSDAY. KATY FROM CBEEBIES 'I CAN COOK' CAME TO OUR NURSERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SHE CAME WITH HER FRIEND WHO PLAYED THE GUITAR. WE SANG SONGS. WE SANG 'THE GRAND OLD DUKE OF YORK' AND THEY TOLD US STORIES.

WE SANG 'OLD MACDONALD' AND KATY HAD A DINOSAUR AND A MONSTER ON HER FARM. IT WAS VERY FUNNY.

WE ALSO SANG 'THERE WAS AN OLD LADY WHO SWALLOWED A FLY'. I PUT THE BIRD IN HER MOUTH. WE HAD THE STORY OF 'LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD' WHICH KATY TOLD US WITH A VERY CLEVER PUPPET. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT.

Mum was so happy to see me so happy that she turned into an emotional wreck when she was talking Katy and her friend at the end. She is a bit embarrassed and has realised she needs to get out more.

I had more chemo yesterday afternoon and feel a bit yucky today. I am having a pyjama day.
